Wine, Dine and Play in Park City and Beyond

Staying and dining at the Goldener Hirsch Inn will
make you feel like you have been transported to Austria.
Washington School House Hotel is a historic landmark
located in the heart of Park City that has been totally renovated
into 12 beautifully appointed rooms and suites.
Park City has been home to the Sundance Film Festival since  1981.

Once a mining town, Park City is famous for
its world-renowned skiing and snowboarding.
Not to mention the dining, shopping, galleries,
bars and other activities that draw crowds to this
beautiful part of Utah.

The famous and the "wanna be" famous all can be found during the Film Festival.

With an average snowfall amount of 360", it's no wonder that
people from all over the world trek here to ski!

Just because the sun sets doesn't mean that skiing has to
end for the day.  Weather permitting, Park City Mountain Resort
 enjoys night skiing until 9:00p.m.

Beautifully lit trees can be seen around all around town
adding even more beauty to this place!

Main street is hopping at night!

You just never know who you will
run into at the Sundance Film Festival!
The Marriott Hotel served as the headquarters
for the Sundance Film Festival.

Park City, Utah, is located approximately 32 miles from Salt Lake City and is the main location for the largest independent film festival, the Sundance Film Festival, home of the United States Ski Team, the training center for the Australian Freestyle Ski Team and houses the bobsled/skeleton/luge track from the 2002 Olympics.  If that's not enough to perk your interest, maybe the proximity of Park City Mountain Resort, The Canyons and Deer Valley all within a stone's throw away from each other offering thousands of acres of top-notch skiing will grab your attention.  Still need some prodding??  Then how about the  numerous upscale boutiques, galleries,  restaurants and lodging that are in abundance in the area?  "Forbes Traveler Magazine" named Park City among the prettiest towns in the United States.  So, now do I have your attention?  Thought so!

By far the hardest decision you will make once you have planned your trip to this area is WHERE to stay, WHERE to eat and WHERE to play and WHERE to shop!  (Life here is made up of some pretty tough decisions!)  And, even if you stay in The Canyons or Deer Valley, you are never far from the action of Park City's Main Street!   It's a bounty of fun and festivities!
